Octavio Tudela
Owner/Project Manager

Octavio Tudela has more than 34 years of architectural and project management experience in Latin America and the United States. He has led the design, development and construction of a wide range of projects including commercial, industrial, multi-family and institutional contracts in the US, Mexico and Peru. As owner of Tudela International he is responsible for marketing, estimating, client relationships, contract negotiations and project management.

Daniel Dominguez
Construction Director/Superintendent

Daniel Dominguez has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His initial 10 years entailed government work including roads, infrastructural services, and multi-family residential; while the later 20 years has focused on industrial manufacturing projects. At Tudela International Daniel is responsible for coordinating all construction and field activities, managing the project schedule, estimating, enforcing the established job safety program, and ensuring the delivery of superior workmanship by all trades.

Antonio Sam
Administrator

Antonio Sam has 17 years of project administration and management experience in Mexico and the United States. He has been involved in every aspect of the development and construction of a variety of commercial and industrial projects in Mexico. As a legal representative for the company, he is familiar with all issues critical to doing business in Mexico; including government regulations, fiscal counseling, immigration matters, and customs issues. His fluency in English and Spanish allows him to communicate all construction terms precisely with contractors, and legal terms with vendors and government agencies.
