Construction Management for 42,300 sq.ft. manufacturing facility with a 4,300 sq.ft. administration area. The 38,000 sq.ft. manufacturing area is fully air conditioned. The building was constructed with a tilt-up concrete panel system, conventional structural steel and metal roof.
