Square Footage: 156,000 sq ft.
Project Completion: February 2006
Contract Amount: $5.3 Million
Benchmarks: Tilt-up Panel, 230,000 Water tank, Two Story Adm. Bldg.

Construction Management and quality control for 150,000 s.f. manufacturing facility, and a 6,000 sq ft. second floor administration area. The building consisted of Tilt-up concrete panels, conventional steel structure and metal standing seamed roof.
